If you’ve been out mingling with friends and had a perfectly splendid day and evening, please do yourself a favor and refrain from slicing cheese at 1:00 AM with a knife. The results can often lead to sheer panic, a mind-numbing amount of pain, a trip to the ER sans bra, a four hour wait, and four stitches. Lucky for me I’ve got the pain meds, a Sex and the City marathon on E!, and a cuddly cat that won’t leave my side. I think it must be a reaction to all of the screaming she witnessed last night.
If you don’t have one already, please do me a favor and pick yourself up a cheese slicer. That’s my PSA for today.

Do you mean the huge painting behind me? It’s a painting of a bathroom so what you’re seeing is the floor tiles and the foot of one of the figures. It’s was a little crooked when I took that photo so I straightened it right after I took that photo

Seriously! The sans bra aspect was the worst part. Luckily it was in the middle of the night so I didn’t see too many people. I couldn’t let go for fear it would never stop bleeding… Okay, TMI. I’m done. Ick.
