Worn Grey skinny jeans and cap sleeve coat: Banana Republic, plaid shirt: J.Crew, peep toe wedge heels: Coach (gift from Mama).

Details I love my clothes.  I do.  I love getting dressed up and love hanging them in the closet and secretly hug them early in the morning before husband wakes up and realizes I’m a lunatic.  Alright, he already knows I’m a lunatic, but you get the point. The only thing I don’t like about my clothes?  The laundry.

I often get asked, “Do you own any pants?” because I wear my favorite dresses to death. So here, dear bloglets, here are some pants. In truth I wear pants about once per week.  Well, three times per week if you count the weekend.  But sometimes I wear dresses on Saturdays so I suppose realistically lately it’s been more like twice per week on the pants.

I thought Lydia from Chic on the Cheap was reading my mind when she made this comment on my blog awhile back,

“I used to wear my dresses when I wanted to feel special.  Then I realized I wanted to feel special everyday.”

Since she posted this way back when, I have said it over and over again on my blog.  Why let my favorite skirts and dresses gather dust in my closet waiting for a special event when I can wear them every week and remix them and wear them a million and one ways? With my dresses I have so many options from belts and tights to sweaters/blazers/jackets, and dresses worn as skirts or tops with skirts over the top… it feels endless.
