Details: I had the most splendid Sunday with my girls in the city I love! We met for coffee and pastries at Cafe Ladro before heading to the Pacific Northwest Ballet’s matinee of Cinderella and it was truly spectacular! I’ve only ever seen The Nutcracker before and couldn’t recall ever going to PNB before today. Even still the girls told me it has been remodeled and it felt all shiny and new inside. The dancers were simply gorgeous as were their amazing costumes that gracefully swung and turned along with them. I was completely awestruck!
Since I was heading to the ballet I thought it would be a fun excuse to dress up a bit and threw on my favorite dress. I thought it would be fun to break up the print with this fun cardigan and once I spied a bit of blue in the pattern I decided to bring it out a bit more with these blue tights. I have to say that this pair of Mary Janes have given me a top of wear and were definitely a great purchase with my Nordy’s giftcard back in January. If you haven’t got a pair of MJs I would highly recommend picking up a pair. I love the heels on these as they give me a bit of a lift while still being relatively comfy for all day wear. I walked around with the girls all over Queen Anne today and never so much as shifted my weight to give my feet a break. Wonderful!
Here are some more shots from today from my lover, the Canon SX30 IS.
I caught a little shot of Spacey while walking to the theater.

The amazing art at PNB really makes the place interesting at every turn. This fascinating chandelier had me at hello.
View out the back windows on the fifth floor.
Our seats were on the balony nearly all the way in the back, yet we had a perfect view of the stage for the whole show. Every seat in the house is a good one!
I am so lucky to have such great friends in my life. I love you ladies so much!
This last photo courtesy of my friend B. who took it near the murals on the side of Easy Street Records. So fun!
All in all it was a perfect way to spend my Sunday. Thank you, ladies!
