Golly, is it Monday already? I can’t believe how this weekend just flew right by! I’ve said it before, but I’ll say it again, we really need one more day between Sunday and Monday. Luckily we had a few breaks in the rain and I was able to run out and snap some photos for this week.
I’m thrilled to bring you today’s outfit! I partnered with Zappos and ShopStyle Collective to put together the perfect spring transition outfit, and I think I found it! Spring just means dresses to me (look ma, no tights!), so I had to go with a dress. I tried to pick one that I could see myself in now and when it begins to warm up. I always think of the plaid as a nod to my city, and the sleeves are perfect for the off-and-on weather days of March in Seattle. They’re actually long sleeves, but I pushed them up a bit. These sandals took a little breaking in, but are overall incredibly comfortable for the height. I have tougher feet than most, but Splendid truly designs footwear with comfort in mind, plus I can’t get enough of block heels and ankle straps lately. If you’re at all wary of ankle straps, try a nude version like this pair.
I’ll be sharing more of my shopping experience with Zappos this week to inspire you to treat yo self with your own spring transition outfit. I posted a ton of my favorite handbag options that I compared before selecting the Michael Kors “Selma”, and later this week I’ll be sharing more of my favorite spring dresses and sandals.
