Yesterday’s outfit was simple, comfortable, and perfect for a marathon day. I had an early meeting before school, a busy day teaching, and another meeting after school, plus work to do on my professional certificate last night. It’s been like that all week and it’s all I can do to wait patiently for the weekend. These jeans were wonderfully comfortable all day long. So much so that I forgot to change into my sweats when I got home.

Have you ever tried Jag Jeans before? I’ve seen them around Nordstrom for years, but have never picked up a pair. The lovely people at Jag got in touch with me and I found myself wondering why I wasn’t more familiar with the brand. They’re homegrown here in Seattle and have a range of comfy, cozy, and beautiful options which are perfect for my busy teaching life. These pants are a great example. As I showed in a photo above, they’re really more like leggings than jeans, because they don’t have a zipper fly. With a sweater over top, they still have that great jeans look that makes them appropriate for work. Take a look at the range of styles available! They also have regular zipper fly jeans, and I’ll be sharing a pair here on the blog soon. These are a little long, so I rolled them up, but I’m going to be hemming them soon. They would probably work for most people, I’m just an ankle length kinda gal, mostly because I like seeing my shoes (silly shoes!). I have a few more goodies from Jag hanging in my closet that I’m eager to share with you soon.
