white denim jacket, c/o Jag Jeans | dress, LOFT | necklace, Kate Spade New York (also pretty and on sale!) | bag, Madewell Transport Tote | shoes, Banana Republic
I took these photos last week on a beautiful day and now it’s a little overcast and gloomy again in Seattle. Luckily it’s been fairly warm, though, so I can still get away with dresses. I am deep in spring mode so I refuse to go back to my tights until the fall. There’s a point every year, usually a couple weeks before spring break when I just decide it’s spring and I’m going to wear my spring outfits come hell or high water.
I live in Seattle so that high water usually comes, I freeze my little tush off, and boyfriend gently lectures me about the importance of things like socks, to which I gently reply, “But babe, socks don’t go with any of my shoes.” And it’s moments like these that I understand the plot of this book without ever opening the cover.
This outfit pairs some old favorites with new spring pieces, namely this little white denim jacket. The lovely people at Jag sent me tons of great stuff, but this one, right out of the box, was my absolute favorite. I’ve been wanting white denim jacket for sometime, but never found just the right one. This one is a cute little shape, has a ton of buttons, which makes it a little unique, and just the right amount of stretch to keep it comfortable all day long. It’s a great little update for spring and summer outfits, and I can’t recommend it enough!
